Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set it aside.
- Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract in the mixture and beat again.
- When mixture is well mixed, add in the dry ingredients that was set aside and beat again.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix until it is well incorporated using a spatula.
- Evenly space 12 cookies per a nonstick baking sheet. Each cookie is about 3 tablespoon. Slightly flatten the dough a little. Repeat this step for 2 more nonstick baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool for 30 minutes.
Prepare about 36 chocolate cookies.
